The firm was started by Brian F. Kreger (of counsel as of January 1, 2022) and Steven Beeghly.  Mr. Beeghly started his career at Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company (Allianz) and since then has been general counsel, officer, director and counsel to numerous insurance-related ventures.
